Roger that RANGER513. I am fully aware that my scores are...even in my opinion...beyond piss poor. I am working to remedy this before OSUT (Though I'm sure my DS would LOVE to remedy it in his own way). With that being said I refuse to quit though this will be the biggest challenge of my life so far.

RANGER513, as of last week I was doing 61 sit ups, 48 push ups, and running a 16:09 2 mile. With OSUT coming up quickly I'm very concerned with my running ability. Though I'm not struggling to make it a full lap around the track without stopping like I once was, 16:09 isn't going to cut it. Running ...

RANGER513, that would be correct. It was a lot of PT, following Ranger The Sleepy Doc's diet advice, and keeping a commited attitude to making the change in order to reach my goals.

Rangers, it has been awhile since I first came to the site for advice and after several months of heeding said advice, I have begun my enlistment process. Yesterday I spent 4 hours at my recruiting station filling out the necessary paperwork to enlist. I report to MEPS Sunday afternoon and process ...

Rangers, the results from this morning's self-APFT are as follows:

Pushups: 31
Situps: 38
2 Mile Run: 17:57

From this I realize how much I haven't been practicing PUs and SUs. My running has improved but I certaintly haven't given the others enough practice over the past few weeks.

Rangers, there will be delay on those PT scores till tomorrow instead of today. I went to the high school to conduct my self administered APFT and turns out tonight was the homecoming football game so needless to say the track was unavailable. I will conduct the test first thing in the morning.

Ranger The Sleepy Doc, it's no problem. The fault is mine for not properly posting in my introduction. You are correct though, being out of school does make it much easier to keep on top of things.

Roger that Ranger The Sleepy Doc. that was one of the most outstanding foundations to build my diet on. I will be printing this and keeping it handy.

Rangers, in my introduction I forgot to post my age. Just to clarify I am currently 18 years of age and out of school.

Ranger 42L5V (And to any other Rangers I have offended.), I apoligize for my lack of respect to you and the other Rangers in the board for it was not intended. I will make sure to keep everything squared away in the future to ensure this mistake does not occur again.

Okay, lets see if I can't cover all of the points requested of me.

Starting with height and weight, I'm currently 295 lbs and 6'3. My last body fat test came out to 30% if I remember correctly.

Workout Schedule:
This varies from day to day. Our department has a gym facility which I'm practically ...

Ranger 42L5V, nobody in my personal Bowers family lineage has served in the Army since the Civil War. It's a Navy family mostly. My father's side (last name Burke though) is Army however. I'm glad I'm not related to a person with such a reputation.

I'd like to thank everyone again for the welcomes. This board, though it may appear strict and unforgiving at times, is by far the best online group of people I have had the privelege of meeting.
