You need to strike a balance between weights and bodyweight exercises. If you're looking to change it up then do weights for a muscle group one day, 1-2 days rest...

Oh and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on where to store all of my extra gear that I don't want to lug into RASP. I think you already know what you want to do and that's go 11B. It's clear from your posts on this site that you don't like your job...we get it. Stop spouting out problems that nobody can fix and start coming up with solutions. Rangers don't dwell on shit they can't control. They adapt and overcome...

Welcome. I don't know what your job would consist of if you got into the Regiment, but I do know that all the MI Rangers I knew loved their jobs and they got to do some pretty cool stuff....it's different from the Big Army. Good luck in your journey.
