Well, I have been at 2nd Batt now for a SHORT bit, trained a little and got REALLY lucky and ended up with a platoon right outta the gate. I realized quick I have a TON to learn but have LOVED every second and cannot wait to see what the future will hold!

Well, today was the day. Graduated from RIP and was privileged enough to have been selected to receive the leadership award, which was a great honor. Graduation was really done well and the guest speaker was phenomenal.

Well, I received a MEPS date of Jan 7, 2005. If all goes well and I pass with all 1's my recruiter says that it will take app. 48 hours for my waiver to go through. Somehow I don't believe that, but we will see. After the waiver, i re-take the ASVAB and go from there.

There is nothing set in stone with me yet, but this is what I have been told. The explination given was MOS change and time out of service. We will see, either way no worries if you know what I mean.

Just shot off all of my paperwork via the recruiter to MEPS to start the process. I included 2 private DR clearences and a MEPS physical that I passed that is 3 years old so hopefully this will help get me through the physical in so much as i am evaluated on my current condition in ...

Looking at the APFT, i was wondering, are the situps and pushups timed events like the run or just max the individual can do?
