Thanks for the info. Makes me mad that I'm so fuckin' healthy! I guess I'm satisfied with my retirement pay. After 27 years I wish it was a bit more, though.

Good luck to you & welcome StrikeFirst! Lots of good info on this site. I issue you this order: Read many of these posts here. Spend lots of time doing PT & there are plenty of suggestions on what to do to get into RS shape. Read them & use them!!
