Ranger Silverback, I have a question about the Fast Run portion of the Running section. I would start at +14. The chart says 2 miles in 6:30, moving to 2 miles in 13:30. Am I correct in assuming that the first time is for one mile and the second for two? Also, in the +12 and +13 sections would I be ...
