He is also naturally bullet proof 8)

Never worn an IOTV. Or is it something you drive? Either way, never heard of it. improved outer tactical vest. The "new and improved" body armor- has a cord in front to 'easy release' the whole shebang- Sounds neat. Never used it. Tenn-RGR does not need body armor, he is naturally bullet ...

Re: ,

Dude jumping a ruck packed for an 11C is something else. Then add to that the M224 anyway it's an experience! 8) What do 11C's do after they jump or on a ftx? Setup their mortars, shoot, then hang with the bravo's? I'm curious They don't hang out with us. They mainly hang it then fucking sleep til ...

The best friend you mention in your packet was a friend of mine as well. I was the C Co Mortar section leader when he was the A co section leader. I've heard some bold stories about him these days. Glad he is well. I also remember the SAW accident, pretty fucked up but a private having the presence ...

I was an 11C NCO in 2/75 My advice is, get your tab and then 4187 to 11B, then get to BN While I lead a charmed life at 2/75 (Ranger school after only 7 months and promoted to section leader, an E-6 position as an E-4P) this is not typical. There are 90-95% more 11B's in BN than 11C's and the promot...

Welcome here, we served during the same time at 2/75 I used to hear the screams of pain coming from your barracks. I remember thinking to myself, thank God I'm in C Co 8) I spent a lot of time in the banana belt where you live. Mike Hebert from 2/75 was from Sequim and we used to head up there almos...

I am in New Orleans right now. Panic is hilarious when you are not the one doing it, kind of like not droning in Ranger school when everyone else is. Bunch of fucking victims down here anyway, all looking for a handout. I saw on the local news here that FEMA gave them the funding to knock down and r...
