Ranger Jim, not exactly the problem with spots, more like the guard not funding for them.

Thanks alot for the hospitality Rangers. Ranger Jim I keep trying but we are always fighting for the funding to send guys to schools. Obviously NCOES and MOSQ gets priority so it doesnt leave much for anything else
