A non-profit organization

The purposes of which this Corporation is formed are exclusively charitable, scientific, or educational and consist of the following:

• To support and conduct education, research and informational activities to increase public appreciation of America’s past, present and future elite warriors: U S Army Rangers.

• To develop, encourage, foster and support Ranger mentors who may help prepare candidates seeking the physical and mental challenges that will serve as a foundation for membership into one of the Army's elite combat units or suitable for service in the 75th Ranger Regiment and those wishing to attend Ranger School.

• To educate, encourage and assist the families of special operations warriors and to facilitate their unique support of their warriors.

• To promote and enhance the cooperation of all special operations warriors worldwide.To raise awareness and enlist the public's aid for the needs of injured or traumatized US Army Rangers; to provide a safe forum for US Army Rangers to assist each other; and to provide unique programs and forums to make available the utmost services to the injured or traumatized US Army Rangers and their families.

• To honor the memory of US Army Rangers who died defending our country and our way of life; to preserve and perpetuate the memory, heritage and spirit of the US Army Rangers.

• To provide an online, interactive forum whereby active duty Rangers, retired Rangers, former Rangers, future Rangers, and families and friends of Rangers may correspond, communicate ideas, share stories, announce events and generally develop a unique community between and among themselves.

• To raise funds through voluntary contributions and fund-raising activities. The purpose of the corporation falls within the meaning of section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

• To aid, support, and assist by gifts, contributions or otherwise, other corporations, community chests, funds and foundations organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, or educational purposes, no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, and no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation.

• To do any and all lawful activities which may be necessary, useful or desirable for the furtherance, accomplishment, fostering or attainment of the foregoing purposes, either directly or indirectly and either alone or in conjunction or cooperation with other, whether such others be persons or organizations of any kind or nature, such as corporations, firms, associations, trusts, institutions, foundations, or governmental bureaus, departments, or agencies.
