Congrats Hopps. Saw some of your fellow 2/58 guys in Best Buy wearing their PT's. I must be getting soft though I just told them to buy whatever is in their hand and move out back to base. Should have smoked their asses around back. Break a leg in Airborne. Hopefully I will see you very soon.

Technically the new uniform (APFU) is authorized for wear off post. Of course every unit I have been in it has been an unwritten rule to not wear them.

....and thats probably because every unit you were with didnt consist of a bunch of rear echelon over paid tax burdens who would wear fluffy slippers and black socks with their APFU. Some of the fucks I saw live in that shit off duty. (By the way, H8....still got those brown fuzzy slippers with the long pink tongue on the front?)

I probably wouldn't have said anything except for the fact that both those fucks where wearing it with the front of their jacket zipped open.
