Hi all. I`m not a Ranger and not a military but I`m interested about history of 75th Ranger Regiment...
And some time ago in sofrep.com I find something about RRD
http://sofrep.com/21408/75th-ranger-reg ... etachment/.
After I read it I have some qestions about early days (80`s to early 90`s)
of RRD:
What was different in RRD from other rangers in other detachments? They are had any
specific patches or something on them uniform? RRD was conduct
reconnaissance procedures in a field in that time period or directly work in HQ
only on Regimental Commander when planning operations? Thanks for any info!

To hell with a site, there's approximately 900,000 books and movies....all released in the last twenty minutes.Richard Cranium wrote:centermass wrote:You're welcome.

Try a Navy Seal site bud. They're prone to flapping their gums to anyone that'll listen.

Yeah, Seals are like guys with big ears, who will listen to them. And if someone can watch all Seals tv shows and will not take breaks for food - that man can die of starvation. From Seals civilians can get tons of info but more of this need rectification. I know this and therefore I asked Rangers about RRD...

Anything beyond what you've read in public is still classified. We do not and will not discuss it further. Thank you. Enjoy the site.
