Hello Rangers, my name is Richard but all my friends call me Rich. I'm 18 years old and I am a Future Soldier with an Option 40 contract. I've been an Army brat ever since birth, I was actually born in Savannah, my mother was stationed at Hunter as an 89B. Unfortunately things didn't end up working out between her and my father and being a single parent while in the Army didn't interest her so she got out. Funny enough about 10 years later she met and married my step father who was a 74D in the Reserves. He switched over to active so that he could support our family and we then got stationed at Fort Hood. After being at Hood for about 7 years the Army apparently told my dad that his MOS was "over strength" and he is now re-classing as a 35T which got us sent to the lovely Fort Huachuca, AZ.
So, now that I am of age I'm going to continue my families tradition of military service. The only job in the Army I have ever been interested in is Infantry, and there is no better Infantry in the world than the 75th Rangers. So that's pretty much who I am in a nutshell, and I hope to learn anything I can from not only the Rangers, but all service members on this from. Thank you all for your service, from the bottom of my heart.

Re: Introduction - Rich
Thanks for the welcome Rangers, my PT test scores are as followed
Push ups: 52
Sit ups: 61
2 Mile Run: 15:37
I don't quite think these are adequate for RASP so I'm going to be training very hard everyday before i ship. Also my run is usually better but I've just recently came to Arizona and I haven't acclimated to the elevation.
