Introduced myself way back in December 2011, but have yet to receive "Ranger" under my picture, so maybe something didn't take. Hell, would have been happy with a temporary "member", but "inprocessing" is all I get. WAY too much time under canopy for that!

Understandable, but, that is what makes this site different from Facebook or Mil dot com or other sites that allow "I did this and that" as their verification status. Everyone that claims Ranger must be verified either by someone that personally knows you, through Regimental Records, or a Green Card at RTB.
The upside of that is that we are not surrounded by posers extraordinaire. Once verified and in the back rooms (Rangers Only), you can trust that there are no posers sitting with us.
Be patient Ranger. We've all done the same process.

You & I appear to have switched places from S-3 and A Co, we should know each other. Were you in the yearbook? PM me please, lets compare notes--we know all the same people.

Hey Ranger K.Ingraham,
Sounds good. I sent you a PM but it's the first one from this site so if you don't get it, let me know here.
Ah yes, the Ranger yearbook. I did find it this afternoon, and it cover three or more years (1976-1980) but can't find one damn picture with me in it. Honestly, I was there the entire time. Fortunately i found a few pictures of a very good buddy who has passed on. Unfortunately, there are a lot of Rangers missing in this yearbook. It is a thin book, and it does cover three years, but come on!
Let me know what platoon you were in, in 1977, and I'll look for ya.

OK, still getting use to this PM process. Don't see your name in the yearbook, but there are a few candid shots not labeled. A lot of Rangers I had forgotten about but recognize by face shots.
If you have any information whatsoever on the whereabouts of SFC Threlkeld or SFC Clear, from Company C, I'd more than appreciate linking up with either one. They were in C co. while I was in Battalion, and they were my Black Hats in Ranger School.
Thanks for you time Ranger!
