Hello Rangers and board members! As the title hints, I am in dire need of advice regarding my workout/PT routine. As the day I ship inches closer I intend to improve my state of physical fitness. Below are my most recent PT scores and day to day workout routine.

Monday - Easy Day 6 Miles
Tuesday - Speedwork (Intervals/Fartleks/Sprints)
Wednesday - Easy Day 6 Miles
Thursday - Tempo Run 7 Miles
Friday - Long Slow Distance 10 Miles
Saturday - Ruck March
Sunday - Rest/Cross Train (Biking/Swimming)
M-F: Push ups/Sit Ups/Pull Ups

Thank you Ranger Richard Cranium for the well needed guidance. I will tone down the callastetics to 3 days a week, M/W/F. As far as running goes, I'll reduce the weekly mileage and focus on increasing my pace for the 2 and 5 Mile runs.
