Rangers,

I am currently in the process of joining the Army. I have completed my background check and other paperwork required but have not yet received a date for MEPS, so no option 40 contract yet. I finish up college this December, I am hoping for a ship date sometime early next year. I am in good physical shape for most of the APFT, I can do 70 push-ups and 80 sit-ups in good form and I am still increasing. My running sucks though and I have been stuck at 14:00 for the two mile, and my 5 mile is almost at 40 minutes.
