Chances are that your 'real' score is much lower. Your form must be perfect. Concentrate on form and actual strength building and the rest will follow. Read the PT forums and apply yourself.

The reason I gave you the task was to establish a baseline for your training. Very good score. Now, you can begin your preparation for earning a place in the 75th Rangrer Regiment. Almost every question you may have has already been addressed at least once. The search feature, located at the top right of this page is your friend. Start to memorize the Ranger Creed. It will help you focus your efforts. The scroll and tan beret are earned. Never, never quit!
