M4

Do they always jam up when you fire 3 round bursts with blanks or did they give us the shitty rifles to train with?
I cleaned the damn thing twice and kept the dust cover closed whenever I wasnt shooting it.

they perform better with live ammo. what types of malfunctions were you seeing?

so you cleaned it. did you clean it properly? someone with experience say it was good to go?

how were the gas rings on the bolt spaced?

how well did you lube it?

how tight was your blank adapter? was it serviceable?

there's any number of reasons why you encountered problems. but you didn't give enough for anyone to properly diagnose your issues. I don't really care to hear them at this point though.

FUBAR'd blank adapters were an issue even back when we used the M16A1.

The more important question is why are you firing bursts?
