Hey I'm looking for intel for some R&R around the Fort Walton, Elgin, Hurlburt Field A/O
I will be departing in the wee morning hours on 11/12/2010.
I'm curious if there is anything down there checking out. I got a pair of Wiley X shades so I dont get the shit slapped out of me by the HH6. If I happen to see bikinis.
Got to get out of these cornforests

You should try the Prime Rib at McGuires Irish Pub. Best I've ever had.

I can vouch for Bravo57 as well. Either the original on Hwy 98 between Ft. Walton and Penscola (Which I recommend) or the new location at Destin. McGuires rocks.Bravo57 wrote:You should try the Prime Rib at McGuires Irish Pub. Best I've ever had.

Harry T's and Harbor Docks are 2 other places I recommend. Harry T's for the eye candy and food, Harbor Docks for the food. Both are in Destin after you cross the bridge from Ft Walton.
You'll be lucky if you see anything in bikinis besides an indoor contest this time of year as the panhandle is considered LA (Lower Alabama) and the temps don't jive with the rest of FL. Water temps are usually between 60-65 degrees.
