New APFT scores

Rangers,

I began following Ranger Silverback's APFT Improvement Plan and the Armstrong Pull-Up Program a little over two weeks ago and it has really paid off. I have not done an APFT since doing so for my intro so today I completed one.

Push-Ups: 85 (up from 76)
Sit-Ups: 72 (up from 65)
2-Mile Run: 12:37 (down from 13:58)
Chin-Ups: 17 (up from 12)
