Hi NC Ranger dad: Our son is in RS now...should be just finishing phase 1 this week. When did you receive the first letter? It's day 13 and haven't gotten anything yet. We haven't written because we didn't have his company info to put on the address, but now have read that we don't need it and it'll get through without the Co,plt,sqd info?? We feel bad that we haven't written because we were waiting for the letter? Just curious on what your experience is? thanks

Call the number listed under TAC on this website: https://www.benning.army.mil/rtb/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Haven't received any letters either, however, I found out Company information by calling.
