To be honest, it seems like that program is geared for minimum standards. The pull up workouts are 3 sets of 6...2 mile goal is 14 minutes. Be my guest if you want to try it, but with your scores you can definately do something more challenging.

Actually its a total of 63 pullups in each workout because 1 set is 1 rep+2 reps+3 reps...up to 6 reps, but I see your point but I'll give it a try and just push it as hard as I can.

Hey guys, thanks for posting this thread. Question, when I click on the link it takes me to a page that does not have a program or a link for one. On the left, under the RASP 2 tab, there is a link but it does not supply a workout. Where can I find the link the download the 12 week program? Thanks

G.G,

I was lookin at it last night to review something and noticed it's not there anymore :(
Maybe someone on this forum that saw it might've saved it.

I saved it and was able to upload it with a friend's Mega Upload account.

Rob, thanks a lot man. A quick question, when did you begin your enlistment process in order to get a shipdate in September? When I start my DEP process, I plan on this being September 2011, I want to hopefully ship out in September 2012. Thanks again.

I noticed the program doesn't have much running in it, either, sprints aside. The Pull Ups are ladders, I did it on my Friday workout and they are serious, try them. You'd do a total of 63 Pull Ups in a relatively short amount of time. The program is back on the website.
