Officers & Ranger School?

Hi everyone. I am a future soldier (signed contract, leaving for basic in June, and OCS right afterward in August), and I wanted to know what the route to ranger school and/or joining the 75th looks like for officers. Maybe I just got screwed when I signed my contract, but from what my recruiter as well as the MEPS liaison told me, OCS candidates do not have any guarantee of a particular MOS, but rather get one of 3 choices (I put down mil. intelligence, infantry, and military police, in that order). I was curious if anyone here could give me some insight into what the process for officers attending ranger school is, and what is the path to joining the 75th for officers?
