Just wondering...

Post by archangelranger »

Ranger Quartermaster advertises a tee shirt billed as "Airborne Ranger Jump Master". For some reason, it has no artwork displayed.

Since I are one and I have always been happy with RQ's stuff, I took a chance and ordered one.

Kick ass! It is the same artwork as the "Airborne Ranger Infantry" shirt, but the wings in the background are master wings.

The shirt title is a bit of a misnomer, however. "Jumpmaster" does not equal "Master Parachutist".
For those who are Ranger Master Parachutists, I HIGHLY recommend the design.

That sucks. You can't even wear the shirt, without being called a poser. LOL

I went through JM school, but only had enough total jumps to get my senior jump wings. Towards the end of my enlistment, and while on reserve status, the military was trying to save money, and air assets was way down. I couldn't get the total number of jumps needed to get my master wings.
