ZZapp-
Welcome to the site! Be prepared to do the 'Car Salesman Waltz' at MEPS. They'll say you're too old, blah. blah, blah.........you're not. I had to walk out and walk down the hall to the Marine reps. The Army dudes chased me down and advised me they had just received 'special permission' to give me the contract. Best of luck to you.

don't know who told you that.

there is no substitute for a BA/BS when enlisting in the grade of E-4 that i'm aware of. don't let that stop you though.

welcome to the board.

i double check that for you tommorrow.

MADE THE CALL for you.

you must have ha BA/BS for promotion to E-4. two associates degrees, though great accomplishment does NOT satisfy the requirement.
