Inroduction

Post by Limey »

I'm not sure that I'm in the right place, but I have had some "Rangers" telling me to go to introduction.
I am James "Limey" Walker and am the author of Fortune Favors The Bold. I am in the books Six Silent Men Book #1 and Gone Native: An NCO's Story.........not a wannabe or clerk by along shot. I have had the MOS 11B2P, 95B2P and 11F4P
And in the "old" days Sarge was used and not the political correct "sergeant"....I had no problem with people calling me sarge!!
I see that I have managed to get some of the youngun's all upset...stick around.....thats what I do best. I like to find your week spot and have a ball. Physical well being is fine but you have to use your head and get over childish impulses........Just my opinion.
Have a good day Ladies

We get so used to fucking with idjits it's hard to recognize someone with some common sense.

You're record speaks for itself. I admire anyone that lrrped in Nam.

Those last posts were made while I was grinning so hard it hurt. Thought Ranger BeadleBug and I had run ya off there for a minute. I knew you were the real thing when ya came back and posted an introduction.

Glad to have ya. By the way, my years of service may be deceiving. I graduated High School in '69.

First time

Post by Limey »

Not a chance......Charlie could chase me, but thats because that were little people with big guns.
This was my first time here so I was trying to figure out how to get around. Don't have a map or and grids so I will be lost for a while.

Welcome. I haven't read your book but I will check it out soon. I have learned along time ago not to get upset with something written on the internet.

It is an honor just to be around Rangers like yourself.

Welcome Home.

Pleasure is mine

Ever since I started to go the the Ranger Redezvous I have held the "New" Rangers in high esteem. They are well trained and dedicated. I met with the Somalia Rangers at Bennning and had a long talk with them. Ask them what was said.

Welcome Home young Ranger. I'm really glad to see you here. Did all you guys in the 101 go "hollywood" and write books?
