I just started running on Campus this week...The scenery is much nicer here than on the wooded trails I was running. Of course I am considerably older than the other runners that pass me.

I reached a personal goal of mine today. I completed 4-miles in 39:49!

I've only logged my runs on a Danish site, but I like the layout of the MapMyRun log, so I may have to try it.

Ranger Silverback, am I reading it wrong or was your max pulse 223 on todays run?
