I'll admit, I got it a while back. They work well for me since I have an arthritic wrist from breaking it trice. The rotation allows me to ease the strain.

Personally, the physical reminder of them sitting on my floor is a motivating factor for me to get up and do push-ups. That's worth 20 buckaroos right there.

Ditto. I find that I can do a lot less of these vs regular pushups. And I feel it in my core more too.

I got them and keep them in the TV cabinet and when there is a commercial, I knock out some reps.

I've had a set of these for about a year and I just had them shipped to me at AIT. The guys in the bay like them a lot. If you're new to them you'll feel the burn all over your upper body. The rotation allows you to use your deltoids and triceps a lot more, you even notice it in your lats. The fact that they're elevated allows you to get a wider range of motion too. Highly recommended, I'm using them in place of my normal push-up routing once a week.

Worthwhile equipment for all the reasons stated. They are a bit awkward when trying to do wide grip pushups.

Maybe we should have a pushup contest in May, just to see how well the device works. Anybody?

Now that you've mentioned it, I had exactly the same issue with close grip pushups...
