Introduction

Post by Hairy »

Good morning Rangers. My name is Steve I'm a 17 year old senior in Highschool. I've been lurking on this site for well over a year and because of the wealth of information I was able to secure my 11X/Opt 40. My ship date is 20080730. Two days ago we took a PFA at the recruiting station for our Future Soldier Program and my scores were...
1 Minute Pushups (46)
1 Minute Situps (48 )
We didn't do a run because it was deemed to cold outside so I ran the following day.
2 Mile Run (13:02)
Thank you Rangers, and Veterans for your service and mentoring.

That is a great improvement on your push-ups and sit-ups since January. Keep working on them though. Push your reps into the high 80's minimum and knock 45 seconds off your 2 mile run! Great job and Welcome!
