Master Breecher

Hi, I have looked in search on this and have not found anything. Would really appreciate any info you might have on this topic. Looking for any info on Master Breecher such as: Duties of a Maser Breecher in the squad. How a soldier becomea a Master Breecher. When a soldier might expect to become a Master Breecher and the importance of a Master Breecher to the squad. Just about anything one might know about a Master Breecher. I could ask my Ranger for more info on the topic but have really gotten accustom to not asking to many questions cause it seems most of the time he can't answer them due to OPSEC. So when he does tell me somethign I just sit there and listen. But some things he talks about i wish I knew more. Thanks
