Introduction

Post by snaxx189 »

Hi, my name is Chris, I am 17 years old, and I turn 18 on June 27. I'm graduating high school this year.

I enlisted in the Army several months ago. I have an 11x Contract with option 40. I ship out for basic on June 28, 2007. I'm looking forward to being a member on the site and learning a lot more about Rangers.

Id like to extend my respect and admiration to all the Rangers past and present for their sacrifice and service to this great country.

As for PT:
PU At a slow cadence I can do about 45. If I pump them out as if I was being timed I can do about 60.
Sit ups 60
I have not Tested myself on the run in awhile. I plan on taking a PT test from my recruiters soon and will post my scores

I look foreward to being a member of this site and learning more about the Rangers

Fix your signature line up with your shipping date.

Read the FAQ's and stickies. Don't be like some of the other imbeciles who have junked this section up over the last thirty days.

Welcome, PM inbound.

Welcome Chris to the journey of your life. June is just around the corner so you need to find the motivation to step up to the plate and increase your PT. With scores like that you will struggle in Basic. When you get to Bascic put yourself in the fast agility group. In other words, challenge yourself. Get out of the rut and begin to foucs on the task at hand. If you can't do that then you will never make it past Jump school.

And don't wait to take your run test with the recruiters. Mark out a 2 mile track today and time yourself. Then post your result on this thread No Later Than (NLT) midnight to tonight. This will encourage you to begin running today. So go get er done.

Try it in PT's, on the road this time...shit, I bet you can shave that sumbitch down to 15:15 or even 15:10 if you push it....
