Ranger School contract along with 18X contract?

My buddy and I were eating lunch when we observed a recruiting station near by. We stop by and after introducing our selves as SF, this recruiter showed us in writing a 18X contract with a Ranger School slot enroute to Bragg for one of his 18X. Both of us were surprised at that. Just how common is that?

Whoever has that contract, if he makes it thru all of the training, is going to be one bad muthafucka..........
