Ebay Ruck.

Im in the market for a Ruck and ive been looking around many places, im headed down to the local Army/Navy Surplus tomorrow but in the meantime I found this-->

Total would be about $40 with shipping.
The new ones are out of my price range, so used is the way to go. Wasnt sure if this a good price/ruck. Any opinions?
