Watched "Blood Diamonds" last night, what a great movie. I'll see it again.

Hard to believe the atrocities that occur still in Africa, it's heart breaking to see those kids just ruined and turned out like that.

Decaprio is the next great actor of our times. No longer the pretty boy teenager, he steals the show as a former South African Commando turned smuggler.

Best movie I've seen in months.

Mark Wahlberg is an excellent actor. He adapts to the character, no matter what it is. He's done the psycho ex-bf, thief, corrupt cop, straight cop, pornstar and a variety of other roles. Can't say that I have seen a bad flic with him in it yet.

Just saw Shooter.

As usual Danny shows our hero a MOH. I really think he should get a Shit-covered Oscar - his best line was, Fuck-off!
Yeah his acting abilities really shine through. Danny should be regretful accepting money for taking this role. It sure don't mirror his liberal ass.

Hey Danny, just remember Mel Gibson made you a star.

Watched Casino Royale last night on DVD.

Don't know about it being a true Bond flic, nor a phenomenal action movie. I'd give it a 6.5

Going to watch "The good shepherd" tonight. Anyone seen it?

Rented "Over the Hedge" the other night... Dreamworks animated story about some foragers and suburbia.

Let me tell you, this movie is funny as HELL!!!

Steve Carell is the voice of Hammy the red squirrel... I almost pissed myself on some of the scenes.

The Rotty saying "Play Play Play Play" all the time, was spot on.

If you have kids, they will love it... if you don't, well YOU will love it. It's pretty damn funny.

The Lost Battalion:

It's about a Medal of Honor recipient during World War I. Believe it or not Rick Shroder plays Major Whittlesby. The scenes are outstanding and historically accurate. A & E made the film.

Another outstandng one is the "Rough Riders" with Tom Berenger as Teddy Roosevelt, R. Lee Ermy and Gary Busey. Fuckin' priceless film about the Spainish American War. So many actors I could'nt count them all "RA" from Platoon starred in it as well.

I watched it last week T, depends on what type of movie you're into.

It's long. There's no action whatsoever. Lot of whispering going on so turn up the tv, I'm deaf as a haddack anyways so that sucked.

It may be historically correct, it's set in the 40's-60's, but I was expecting a much more fast paced, action type of movie and was actually disappointed after waiting for this one.

For political thriller fans, you may love it, I like more action oriented movies.

Watched "Flicka" with my oldest boy this weekend. Pretty decent flick. Tim McGraw is a pretty good actor, as he showed in "Friday Night Lights".

Also watched "Streets of Fire" again, one of the greatest movies of all time. Tried to name my oldest boy after the protaganist in the movie, but I got vetoed.
