In the 2008 Tax Code...
The only thing that the IRS has not taxed yet is the male penis. This is due to the fact that 69% of the time it is hanging around unemployed, 10% of the time it is hard up, 20% of the time it is pissed off and 1% of the time it is in the hole. On top of that, it has two dependents and they are both nuts!
HOWEVER, effective January 1st, 2008, the penis will now be taxed according to size:
The brackets are as follows:
10 - 12" Luxury Tax $300.00
Bragging is subject to an additional $500.00 tax
8 - 10" Pole Tax $250.00
Bragging tax also applies
5 - 8" Privilege Tax $150.00
3 - 5" Nuisance Tax $30.00
Males exceeding 12" must file capital gains.
Anyone under 4" is eligible for a tax refund.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR AN EXTENSION! :D

Pay off the money I'll owe in taxes this year. If that weren't the case I'd probably spend it on something that's made overseas, thus not really benefiting anyone.

I'll be using our Tax Rebate to do one (or both) of the following (since I anticpate ~ $1600):
- Replacement awning for our 31" RV (major wind storm caught us by surprise last year and ripped it clean off the motorhome)
- Glock 36 or Springfield XD .45 Compact CCW
Either purchase will be for a "Made in the USA" product and keep the funds within the US. (except maybe the Glock).

Sports for Kids..
Well,
If I get one of those little checks (I think they are a joke (need to be 4 times the size at least) but...), I want to start a special fund (guess at my church), that funds participation in sports for kids who parents can't find the money for them to play. Problem is, I'd also have to set up transportation pools to get them to practices too, but heck, maybe I could get that goin too..
p.s. if there is any extra money left, maybe I'll buy another revolver with a better site on it (and a little lighter weight) than my .38 police special ... we need lots of self-defense here in Atlanta...

It is going to cost something like $24 million just to send out letters informing us that the checks are coming.
