X2! The only thing a Lieutenant can do that's better than being a PL is to have more than one. I had Rifle, Anti-Tank and Support Platoons. Absolutly the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

Xian,

At this point being a new PL your only & best instructor is your PSG. He's got more time in the Army than you have in the chow line.
(I was PSG to 3 2eltees. They were smart & listened to me & now they're all senior officers. One was USMA, one ROTC, one OCS)
