90 - 99 M.P.H. = $ 550.00 fine

100 M.P.H. and above = Automatic 10 days in jail and an additional day in jail for every mile per hour over 100 !!!!!

I stopped a lawyer in a Beemer once for 97 in a 70. He said he had to go to the bathroom REALLY BAD and was just trying to get to a restroom. I tactfully reminded him that he had "just passed a rest area" two miles back and an exit with gas stations one mile back. He then stated that he wasn't going to sign my ticket. After I read the portion on the bottom of the ticket that says "failure to sign this citation may result in a arrest" I emphatically stated to him "YOU WILL be arrested!". He then proceeded to cuss me like a sailor and explain how he was going to "have my ass" for the entire 23 mile ride to the county jail. Sometimes life is good!

I feel you bro. Testifying tomorrow against 3 Crips, one who stabbed a mentally challenged kid, with a sharpened wood chisel, in the head, 15 feet away from me. Because he was wearing the wrong color. Blood like a little garden hose, just spurting out of his temple. Poor bastard didn't even know what he did wrong.

We just tried a guy for Murder that, a year and a half before trial, shot his wife in the back with a .357 from less than four feet. This happened because the wife didn't bring the slimebag a slice of pizza from her sons birthday party. Oh yeah, did I mention the 8 year old heard his mom scream and the gun go off? We showed up within two minutes of the 911 call by the wife, to have the husband open the door and tell us he did it. So I ask you, why does it ever take that long? On a good note though, the turd burglar is serving life plus 15 in SCDC. Hopefully as boyfriend of some guy name Steve.
