Sticking Around!
I plan on sticking around!BadMuther wrote:ParaPete, welcome, I hope you stick around!
I joined because of Leatherneck's post on the other site I am on www.paratrooper.net.
It was the most articulate and well thought out post that I had seen in a
while! I figured, if the moderator is that HOOAH then I need to join this board as well. :D
FYI on a few things on my website:
1. I sold the Ferrari. It was the first one that I had ever owned and I didnt realize at that time that it would cost $8,000 every 15,000 miles to maintain *gulp*.
2. Harleys that I own
a) Rigid Frame Chopper
b) 1996 Heritage Softtail
c) 2004 Electra Glide
B Co. 2nd Platoon, 2/508 82nd Airborne from 1983-1985.
In 1986 door gunner 82nd CAB

Hopefully you won't be disappointed. Some of us have our occasional moments, but Leatherneck is by far the most articulate, intelligent motherfucker whose shit you will ever read.... Like I said, he's our "interpreter".
There is a wealth of info on this board. In my opinion, more then half the "good shit" is in the non-public areas...stick around long enough and you'll see what I mean.

A beemer will cost less than mine, be cheaper to maintain, probably ride smoother, have more creature comforts than my bike...
but my bike can get me into all the right parties. :D
Also, with my bike, I might be able to coax Tessa onto the back of it.
