I have a feeling that the Regt. has already planned for the assclown factor ......... Once they stand this element up I would not doubt the the standards will be rather steep for CS/ CSS personel to maintain.
The lure of such a position will be the NCOER. The Regt. will maintain the integrity of itself...it always has.
