Damn. Wish I was there. Outdoors beats the shit out of everything else.Horned Toad wrote:these critters take up pretty much all my free time, and one is over at the trainers.

I need to introduce my wife to Sister Julieanne. Not having to mow would free me up for a bit more fishing with the kids (14, 13, 9, 7). :DJulieanne wrote:mowing... I love to mow.
I did amateur radio for a while (KG8OB), but haven't done much lately. I play World of Warcraft and try to check off tasks on the 'Honey-Do' list, in my free time. With 4 kids, there isn't a whole lot of 'personal' hobby time.

My wife's family has horses out here in Germany... they are great animals. I hope that when I retire I can get a ranch in Western Montana, have a couple of horses and then maybe some goats or other livestock.

Legos and those little plastic, green Army men. Remember those?rangermom wrote:As a mom I grew to hate Lego's- hurt like a bitch to step on them!
Me too Julieanne, people always think I'm nuts when I say that. But, I'd rather man a lawnmower than a mop anyday. Mowing, gardening relaxes me, clears my head.Julieanne wrote:Mowing, gardening (esp. different varieties of sunflowers and honeysuckle, and herbs), mowing... I love to mow.
