And just so there is no misunderstanding...Ranger buddies normally sleep in seperate beds! (Unless they are from 2d Ranger Battalion)

I am new around here also, but, I have heard about the buddy system and it seems to be fall through more often than not. I know about 2 different buddies that did the same thing you are doing. They were split up in processing BEFORE basic. Just thought I would share the info.
