new guy here

Post by Evil Mach »

greetings all! My name is Matthew, I'm 24 years of age. I just finished the majority of my paperwork with the Army recruiting today. This saturday is my day at MEPS where I'm going to pursue a 11x Option40 contract. I look forward to one day of having the honor of wearing Ranger tab's. Very excellent site with lot's of valuable information here!

Stay focused and don't lose sight of your goal. THis means don't let anyone in the recruiting chain try to offer you some kind of bullshit!

That's one hell of a dream and a lofty goal you set for yourself.

If ya haven't caught it yet, here's one piece of advice you'd better listen to.

Don't sign one fucking thing unless it's exactly what you want.

If you get confused. Excuse yourself, get up, and walk out. Take a walk, get oriented, then go back in and respectfully state that you want an Option 40 and nothing else will do.
