I completed the PT test in the worst conditions I've performed with (insufficient sleep and sustenance). However, the setbacks in multiple categories are inexcusable.

If you are experiencing insufficient sleep and sustenance, you are beginning to learn what RASP and Ranger School will be like. Never, never quit!

Hello, Rangers. I have spent some time off the site to consider an opportunity granted to me. At this time I am in the process of dropping my contract. I am Roman Catholic, and have been given the opportunity to study abroad in a seminary. I believe that this period of self-reflection will give me the necessary level of maturity to succeed should I return to my previous goals, if not make clear that it was not the best path for me. The disappointment of a loss of a contract that could have gone to a better, more motivated individual does not escape me, but I do not regret my decision, and see it's benefit in the long run. I thank all the Rangers who've helped me to this point, and I will continue to pray for the Rangers and those like them who are fighting and dying for something greater than themselves.

Congrats on securing a chance at earning a scroll. Kind words complete. From August to January your improvement has been extremely lacking. If you truly wish to earn a place in the Ranger RGT you have to seriously increase your scores. Don't reply with apologies, just fix the problems. You have until June get ready for the challenge of a lifetime. Don't waste your time.
X2. Complete waste of the last 6 months.

You string together a lot of words explaining things. Save your hot air to cool your soup and start pushing or you WILL end up quitting within the first week of RASP simply for lack of effort.
I stand corrected, you quit before you even started. Good luck, the door is over there ------>

Pope, thanks for coming back and letting us know. While I share Ranger Cam's sentiment to a degree many fail, quit, or change their goals and never have the guts to come back here.

Good luck in your future and I hope to see you back here some day. Cams will still be here and I can't wait to see what he says when you come back.
