Intro- Lucky
Greetings Rangers,
I have been a lurker on this site for quite some time, and decided it was time to sign up. I am on AD right now with the 82nd. My MOS is 13F. I will be going to Pre-RASP on the 24th of this month. The journey to even get a slot was long, so I figured I could be somewhat of an asset if any other guys needed help.
I am here to learn. I already know the Ranger Creed. My PT scores are always above 285 but my run time needs to improve as it's what keeps me from scoring 300's easily. I am doing 2 a days until I hit Pre-RASP with a focus on getting my run time down.

Re: Intro- Lucky
My situation is as follows.
In Dec. I went and set up my DTS travel with S6. They left for JRTC earlier this month. After I went to my levy brief I tried to make sure my DTS was set up. I couldn't access anything by myself so I went to my S4 as S6 is gone. S4 sent me to another battalion to get help. The other battalion couldn't help me. My retention guy tried to help me out, and he sent me around and all the way up to Division. They couldn't help me, as they said I needed to go back to my chain of command. I have now exhausted all my resources it seems until my S6 gets back which is at the end of this month.
I had made the point to set up my travel before everyone left for JRTC, but that doesn't seem to matter when someone messes it up. I talked to the LNO that is a member here, and am just waiting on the word on if I can get another class date. It's very frustrating for this to happen after I have been waiting a year to leave. It's even worse when there is nothing I can do about it.
Going to do PT.
