My ultimate ROLE MODEL was a wonderful man named AUGUST LONGO, my Father-In-Law who served in WWII as a Marine. He had three children and a picture of each in his home hallway--he had two pictures of me. He ruled with love---his children never truly ever mis-behaved as they never wanted to disappoint their father. My fondest memory of him is sitting at the head of the table in his Italian-style shirtless T-shirt and kids all over his lap & his wife in the kitchen serving up food for the extended family that always wanted to be at his home every weekend!
