I found out I will actually enter Pre RASP on Tuesday. I will use this weekend to do some good PT and rest up for whatever gets thrown my way that day. People already told the Liason they wanted to quit, I am appalled by this. I am anxious to begin and nothing, not even the most nightmarish scenarios I can picture will make me falter. After all, this is the only reason I enlisted and I will accept nothing else.

I have great faith in you. Never, never quit!

Roger Ranger Tough, I've executed.

Being here the first week has been an invigorating experience. It is very exciting and motivating to finally be among the 75th Ranger Regiment in any capacity, even as a candidate seeking a spot in its ranks. My RASP class starts in November. Until then, preparations will continue. I continue to do my own PT every day along with the PT we receive here. I am fairly confident in my physical ability, but I aim to be a part of the top percentage; never average!

Rangers, your advice and support has not been wasted on me. These few weeks will fly by, then it will be my turn at last.

Having been on hold at Benning School for Boys, it is an opportunity to improve your PT and learn. Don't waste it. Never, never quit!

Rangers - I know I have not posted a SitRep in a while, so here it is. I classed up mid-november in class 02-13 and just finished week 2 (Cole Range). It was definitely a challenging week for me and many others. We lost many to VW, with over 1/3rd of the class now gone. Also worth mentioning that a few other mentees on this website (Edgerusher71, Jake-the-snake) are in my class. It is nice to share the tougher moments with individuals as dedicated as I am to succeeding here.

DEPs: No secret formula success here. Don't quit. Do the right thing. It's on you to dig deep during the worst of times and find that motivation. It's really that simple.

Onwards to week 3. I will keep you all informed of my progress.

You really have no idea just how proud of you we are. The path to where you are now has been very difficult but you've prepared yourself and succeeded. And I can tell you.......that ain't shit! You won't believe what comes next!
