Hi current future soldier leaving for OSUT soon. So i took my practice PFT yesterday and I didn't do so well, any advice or specific exercises i should look into to help boost my scores particularly my sit up and run time here is how i did:
2:00 pushups: 67
2:00 sit ups: 53
2 mile run: 15:05
pull ups: 9
the sit ups were my weak link, and as far as the run goes i haven't really been focusing on my speed Ive just been building my endurance running 8 miles every other day. my overall goal is an 80 in both events
P.S here are my other psychical stats:
Age: 18
Height: 64.5 In (5ft 4.5 in )
weight: 161lbs
Body Fat: 16-18% (my own rough estimation)

Re: Tips for improving my PFT Score
Well, at least you have a baseline extabished. There are plenty of threaqs on PT on this site. the best way is to find a worki-out buddy and train. Never, never quit!
