Hello Rangers. I have successfully completed OSUT and I was able to complete my goal of obtaining a Ranger contract. Despite my GT score issue I brought up earlier and the fact that I didn't even have an Airborne contract prior to shipping I'm happy to say that I was still able to earn a contract. I recived my contract during "recovery" week after our FTX. Signing that contract after wondering what was going to happen for 13 weeks was the happiest I have been in a long while. I felt accomplished and that I had finally earned my shot. Only four guys in the company were awarded contracts. I begin Airborne school tomorrow. Motivated.

awesome. Jump school is a breeze. Make sure you try to do a lot of extra PT while you're there.
