Need More Space For News Titles

It is difficult to write accurate titles with the limited character space. Can this be increased ?

Um okay i will check... titles should be short and to the point not a novel. How many characters are you thinking?

Here is an example: If I attempted to use the following title exactly from foxnews.com, "Potential Afghan war plan would replace thousands of US troops with special ops teams" it gets cropped part way through the word "troops". I am not sure what the limit should be, but some news titles require more than four words to accurately convey the subject of the article. A few more words that what is now allowed would help. Being able to type a complete sentence would be great to cover the more complex subjects.

Okay let me look into it. It shouldnt be a problem. The only issue may come with breaking the layout.

personally I just shorten title and then print title atop the post sect before the main topic where I also make it in bold type.

Give it a shot now and let me know.. The default length is set at 60. I increased it by 100. Titles were trimmed by default to keep consistency with the layout of the site.
