Rangers,
Looking for some of your favorite memories and stories as to the things you loved receiving from home while deployed. Perhaps it can be some food for thought for those struggling for and running out of ideas. What kept you going? What could you have done without getting or hearing about? Looking forward to the constructive, the modest, and the outrageous.....................

Re: Letters & Packages From Home
When I was in Ranger school, a "friend" sent me an envelope loaded with empty Hershey Bar wrappers. I've never gotten a worse gift in my life.

Re: Letters & Packages From Home
My grandma wrote me while I was in RVN. She was a Army Nurse during WWI. She ended her letter with this saying.
Live for today,
for there may be no tomorrow.
