You are right Baseplate i do not get it. My father is a retired green beret and he sheltered me from the world so I know nothing of communicating with you guys. My dad never cared to teach me either instead he would rather beat me for no reason. I don't understand what I am suppose to say. I am not trolling by the way. I really want to be ranger and that is all i know and i will do it despite on what anyone in this world thinks.

Survivor1993, let me lay it out in detail: Here at armyranger.com we are not one of those sites that just anyone can come on and provede a rant or offer opinions. We require anyone who served with a Ranger unit or completed the Ranger course to prove themselves. You are a guest here, hopefully with the intention of earning a place in the 75th Ranger Regiment. Had you done your homework and reviewed all the FAQs, you would have known we require any of our guests to use the honorific Ranger when addressing someone on the board. Accordingly, when you addressed Goon175, you should have addressed him as Ranger Goon175. Please read the FAQs and conduct yourself as a guest should -- don't abuse our hospitality.

No need to be sorry. All you need to say is something like, "Roger, Ranger Jim." Then move on to the next objective.
