If you have stuck to the 5k program and complete it on May 2, PM me after your final run with your time. Don't leave the site, but spend a few minutes every day reading over some of the "wisdom" you can gain from here. Don't post, just send me a PM.

Two comments stood out to me most. "We train if you take a casualty, the best thing you can do is to kill people" and "Absolutely" when asked if the price was worth it for retrieving Neil Roberts and Jason Cunningham.
